Adlarindan cokca bahsedilen 2000 dogumlu oyuncularimizin kulube kazandirilmasinda emegi gecenleri cogumuz tanimiyoruz. Hocalari kimler bilmiyoruz.
Bu oyunculari teker teker bulup kulube getiren Ahmet Keskinkilic hocamizi Duygun Baskan doneminde yasli diye gorevden almisiz. Yasi 30 olup, hicbir sey okumayan, ogrenmeyen,kendini hicbir konuda gelistirmeyen insanlar genc oluyor da, uretken olan, okuyan, kendini surekli gelistiren insanlar 60'li yaslarina gelince yasli kategorisine girip gorevden aliniyorlar.Ahmet Hoca tekrar goreve baslamis diye okudum ama emin de degilim.

Bugun Boluspor ile oynadigimiz kupa macini bolum bolum seyretme firsati buldum. Gozum her zamanki gibi genc takimlarimizdan gelen oyunculardaydi.
Boluspor 1. Lig'in iyi takimlarindan biri, o yuzden bu mac iyi bir firsatti onlar icin. Yunus, Ismail, ve Celil'i begendim bugun. Yunus 3 gol atti ve bir de asist yapti. 18 yasinda bir macta 3 gol atan baska bir oyuncu var mi bimiyorum ? Umarim oyunlarini gelistirmege devam ederler ve hakettikleri yerlere gelirler. Dunku mactan sonra hocaya bir soru geldi: Genc takimlardan gelen oyuncular neden sozlesmelerini uzatmiyor diye? (soru tam boyle olmayabilir ama konu buydu). Yoneticiler ugrasiyormus ama simdilik bir gelisme yokmus.

Insan ister istemez soruyor tabii: Yetistirdigimiz yetenekli oyuncular ilk olarak GS'da oynamayi dusunmuyorsa akademiyi neden acik tutup bu kadar emek verip, masrafa giriyoruz?

Akademideki genc sporcularimiz kendilerine ornek alacak bir sporcu ariyorlarsa ilk once Ilkay Gundogan agabeylerini dusunsunler bence.

Sezon bitince gelip ailesini ziyaret etmisti, simdi de tatilini Guney Kaliforniya'da surduruyor. Hava serbet, 20-25 derece averaj. Ozel antrenoru ile calisip sezona hazirlaniyor. (Instagram'dan takip ediyorum).

Bir yaşıma daha girdim. Genc takimdan bir oyuncu antrenmanı bitiriyor, öğlen yemeği yenecek, bir yetkili cikip diyor ki "burada yemek yiyemezsiniz, bakin basinizin çaresine". Bu kulübün üyesi olarak utandım şahsen, yazıklar olsun...

Bu genc oyuncularin yemek problemi ile ilgili haberi paylaşıp, tepki gösterdim, ama biraz sazanlık yapmis oldum. UK'nun daha once bu tip saçma iddiaları konuştuğuna hiç denk gelmediğim icin haber doğrudur diye dusundum. Neyse,yanlis bir tepki gösterdim.
Fakat, akademi'ye daha ciddi bakmamız gerekiyor. Akademi icin ayrılan bir bütçe olmadigina üzüldüm acikcasi. Umarım, yeni yönetimler genc takımlara daha çok onem verir, ve destek lafta kalmaz.

Sinan Yilmaz'in düşüncelerine katılıyorum. Degisim en tepeden baslamalidir. Bu konuda en buyuk sorumluluk yönetimde, daha sonra Fatih Terim'dedir.

Sinan Yilmaz Atalay ve Emin'in kiralık raporunu hazirlamis. 15 sene once, belki de ulkenin en yetenekli genc futbolcusu olan Cafercan'i gerektiği gibi kariyere hazırlayamayan GS, bugun Atalay konusunda da titiz davranmıyor. Atalay ile olan sözleşmeyi uzatıp, futbolunu en iyi sekilde olgunlastirip, geliştirebileceği bir kulübe kiralamamız gerekiyor.Bu yurt disinda bir kulüp de olabilir.
