Ugur Karakullukcu, bir donem Rizespor'da scout'luk yapan Kaan Kavusan ile roportaj yapmis. Sistemdeki problemleri ogrenme adina iyi bir roportaj olmus. Iki scout'a 1000$ maas verilip, milyon ve yuzbinlerce Euro'luk transferler yapiliyor. Neredeyse transferi menacerler idare ediyor. Scoutlarin transferdeki rolleri de cok onemli degil anladigim kadariyla.

Scout kadrosunu biraz daha genis tutup, daha verimli calismalarini saglamakta fayda var. Sadece mac seyretmek degil, oyuncular hakkinda daha detayli arastirma yapmak da onemli. Bence, oncelikli olarak scoutlar oyunculari bulmali, ve daha sonra saptanan, begenilen oyuncularin menacerlerine gidilmeli. Beklenti veya vazifeleri tam olarak o olmasa da, scoutlarin maliyeti dusuk, yetenekli, genc oyunculari kulube kazandirma konusunda daha cok sorumluluk almalari gerektigini dusunuyorum. Kuluplerin mali olarak guclu olabilmesi icin bunun yapilmasi lazim.
